The Mother Daughter Project

I have always been so inspired by the photograph of Gwyneth Paltrow with her mother, Blythe Danner, by famous photographer Annie Leibovitz.

Upon recently viewing this photograph, I decided that I would like to put together a collection of photographs of mothers with their adult daughters. And what better time to publish this collection than on Mother’s Day? Therefore, I will be publishing this collection on Mother’s Day, 2022 in honor of all mothers, and the special bond they have with their adult daughters.

The first step in this project is for these ladies to find gorgeous formal attire, as it will be a glamour-style photoshoot. I will be working closely with the women and guiding them in their wardrobe selections. On the day of the shoot, the women will bring their dresses to my studio and, upon arrival, be transformed by our hair and makeup team. This mini-makeover will make this event all the more memorable for these ladies and create a special experience they will never forget.

I have several ideas for posing, and I am excited to bring these ideas to life!

Finally, I have asked that each group of women submit a special story about their unique mother-daughter bond. These stories will be published with their beautiful photographs, to create the Mother Daughter Winter Collection - 2022.

The Mother Daughter Project is all about creating touching photographs that capture the closeness between mothers and daughters, while also creating an unforgettable experience for the participants.

My mother and I will also be participating in this event, and I am so excited! I have asked my dear husband to capture this particular photograph; one that I know I will cherish for the rest of my life.
